My role is to assist this transformation from physical rooms to an integrated digital experience through creative solutions and delivering benefits on RoI.Worked with Odisha Govenrment towards a structured approach to recruitment through computer-based testing aiming to enhance transparency and efficiency in the selection process for government jobs. A major improvement in procurement and selection process has been Odisha government\'s empanelment of TCS as the exclusive Tier-1 firm that can conduct computer-based examinations and manage the recruitment processes effectively. This has hugely streamlined the recruitment process and improved turnaround time from requisition of vacancies to result declaration. Worked with the Government for their IT policy incentivising computer based tests and creating new centers across all districts of Odisha.
