Act as squad leader of the Common Language team responsible for managing workloads in order to meet business objectives and deliver viable functionality to the client by product shipment dates. Lead scrum or stand up meetings to manage risk and communicate project status to collaborating members and stakeholders. Implement and advocate agile practices through actions and use of agile tools. Provide technical mentorship and guidance on project tasks and assignments. Provide forward thinking and consultation to business owners and organizational leads on technological solutions and implementations which support client demands and requirements. Design and develop new frontend and backend functionality and features of the product. Support company solutions and products through technical guidance, fixes, and technical demonstrations to internal enablers as well as direct communication or demonstrations to clients. Utilize Java, Openshift, Docker, Node JS, TypeScript, VS Code, ReactJS, AngularJS, Kubernetes, JavaScript, Gradle, Jenkins, Travis, Operators, Maven, Eclipse Plug-in Development, Language Server Protocol (LSP), Debug Adaptor Protocol (DAP)
