Currently the Director of Human Resources and a member of the India Leadership Team at the Medtronic Engineering and Innovation Center (MEIC). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Talent, Culture, and Organizational Effectiveness for the India Software, Engineering Solutions, and Information Technology divisions. Previously, he managed HR leadership roles at the Medtronic India Development Center (MIDC) and the Global Technology Center in Bangalore, as well as for Commercial and Functions. He was hired by Medtronic to help establish the company’s first R&D center in Bangalore. Following the Medtronic-Covidien merger, he moved to Hyderabad to facilitate the integration of the Covidien India Engineering Center, which is now part of MEIC.
