My background is industrial engineering, not software. That shapes how I think about AI.Most of the operational problems I\'ve worked on in manufacturing, mobility, and enterprise workflows weren\'t waiting for better technology. They were waiting for someone to structure the problem clearly enough that technology could actually help.At Quantron AG, I\'ve worked across product and corporate strategy, operation planning and executive reporting building tools that replaced manual cycles, closed gaps that ERP systems left open, and helped leadership teams make faster decisions with better information. Some of it uses AI. Some of it is just a cleaner process. The goal is always the same, to build something that gets used.Lately, my focus has shifted toward what AI can realistically do for smaller operational teams and SMBs, not the full end-to-end vision, but the meaningful headstart. The effort-to-reward ratio has changed.
