ABOUT PRANAV KUMAR PATIDAR

Pranav is a Project Manager/ Sr Business Analyst/Principle Consultant/Test Architect/Sr Test Manager within the IT with more than 17 years of professional experience in SDLC with good exposure to automation tools. He has excellent Technical, Communication, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and the ability to get on well with people from cross-cultural backgrounds. Pranav has been involved in various types of Testing roles and models and for more than 7 years he is working in the capacity of a managerial position. He has niche experience in working and managing SAP projects and widely worked on various SAP industry-specific solutions like SAP IS Utility, SAP IS Retail and SAP IS Oil and Gas. He has worked on a couple of SAP S4 HANA projects with good exposure to the FIORI component of it. Pranav has also demonstrated excellent time management and adaptability to meet tight deadlines for high-profile projects. He has good hands-on knowledge and understanding of preparing overall test strategies and test plans for various testing phases and planning involved in the system development life cycle. He also has good experience working on Agile Methodology based projects. He has expertise in managing System integration testing across multi-vendor solutions and/or within various applications under enterprise in a typical multi-vendor, cross-country environment. Pranav has good cultural awareness, and onsite and offshore coordination experience whilst working with UK, Ireland, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, European and US-based clients. He is also responsible for people management including recruiting and building efficient teams, tracking team performance, resolving issues, and managing changes to optimize portfolio performance. He has worked on various testing projects and played dynamic other roles like IT Operations Lead, Cut-over Manager, Defect Manager, UAT Test Manager, UAT Coordinator Lead, Scrum Master, Functional test analyst/ Lead, and Agile test team member. Pranav is also responsible for conducting due diligence with the client\'s existing processes and defining the industry standards and best practices process that will be followed in the complete project life cycle. Pranav is also involved in the mapping of requirements & providing them best solutions involving evaluation & definition of the scope of the project and finalization of project requirements as well as finalizing project definition, project plan, and governance for managing stakeholders, risks, issues, quality, project controls, and resources.
