I have experience in managing the recruitment and selection process, onboarding process, assessing reports on employee performance and satisfaction, conducting skip sessions and town hall meetings, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, monitoring payroll processing, providing training and development opportunities for employees, identifying the training needs of teams from different departments in consultation with HODs, organizing internal training programs and getting feedback from employees.I have experience in taking awareness classes on benefits available with PF, ESI, Personal grooming & other Etiquettes etc, preparing and rolling out new policies periodically as per the organization’s need and goal, ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures, suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.I have experience in managing talent management and succession planning, monitoring day-to-day attendance, monitoring leave cards of On Roll Employees, checking & maintaining time & late coming reports, absenteeism reports of On roll Employees etc, issuing show cause notices, warning letters, and termination letters for the concerned staff and asking for their explanations.I have experience in managing exit interviews, Employee Final Settlements, relieving procedures, employee coordination, coordinating service award events and various employee relation events like monthly and quarterly Reward and recognition programs, service anniversaries, client appreciations, retention champs and client handling.
