Careful tracking of cross-functional and strategic communications initiatives and outputs and work with the 10-member leadership team to drive through completion.• Oversee, plan and manage schedule, agenda, material and comms plan tracker for large Product Tech meetings, annual offsite, townhalls, web casts, colleague videos, tech centre visits in synch with the comms team.• Mobilize the leadership team around cyclical regulatory communications commitments in synch with Risk & compliance team.• Lead the planning schedule process co-ordination across Finance, HR, PMO, Strategy, Product and Comms workstream.• Strategic comms planning support for the launch of Tech Pods across Barclays UK (Blueprint, Executive Comms plan etc)
