I\'m a Senior Software Engineer at ServiceNow, where I build backend systems and applied AI products that ship to Fortune 500 customers. I joined ServiceNow in 2022 as a Software Engineer Intern on the Order Management team. Three years later — after shipping across telco Order Management, Case & Task Management, the Customer Success Management workspace, and Product Adoption — I was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in early 2026. Today I focus on agentic AI: LLM-powered systems that automate risk detection, summarize account health, and drive product adoption for enterprise Customer Success teams.\': • Designing and shipping Agentic AI for Customer Success Risk — LLM agents that surface at-risk accounts and recommend interventions. • Owning the Product Adoption roadmap end-to-end: data model, backend APIs, and UI surfaces that turn product telemetry into actionable insights.\': • 0→1 backend services and data models for Customer Success (engagement, product adoption, risk). • A hackathon project that converts Figma designs into production-ready platform UI — now being productionized internally. • AI-assisted automated test generation workflows (Windsurf) that reduced manual test-authoring time for my team. • Backend + frontend features across Order Management, Case & Task Management, and CSM workspace — the core of ServiceNow\'s customer-facing product suite: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, REST APIs, SQL, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, ServiceNow platform. Comfortable across backend, AI, and frontend: MS in Computer Science (Data Science) from USC, TA\'d at USC Viterbi, and 1.5 years as a full-stack developer at TCS shipping React/MongoDB e-commerce platforms. I care about building products that move real metrics, shipping fast, and applying AI where it actually solves problems.
