Phil currently works in the Starbucks EMEA Design Studio, with the responsibility of conceptualising and leading new initiatives, developing brand direction and working cross collaboratively across EMEA markets, global design studio and other areas of the business.Previously, Phil managed a variety of Starbucks store design teams across Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and has experience at various leading design practices including Foster + Partners, FITCH and Kinnersley Kent Design. He studied Interior Architecture and Design at Nottingham Trent University, achieving a 1st. He now tutors for them, as well as for the Royal College of Art.He has a wide portfolio containing: Hospitality, leisure, retail, residential and office design, working with both globally recognisable brands and smaller boutique businesses across EMEA.
