Employee Creation and Onboarding candidates into ERP Software (Adrenaline).•Employee induction and providing detailed knowledge about company rules and policies to the new employees.•Handling background verification process.Creation of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters and others.• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise from different sites.•Maintain and store employee files and records in electronic and paper form.•Organizing and successfully conducting HR Engagement programs.Attendance management of site and office employees.Assist in payroll process of the employees (including contractual employees).Exit formalities of the employees.•Handling travel allowances, relocation bill of employees.•Handling manpower consultancy payments.
