Factory Compliance-1. Maintenance of registers, records, forms and returns periodicaly.2. Display of notices & abstracts.3. Renewal or amendment of Factory licence. Cordinate with consultant regarding approval of factory site plan.4. Assist in preparing report in case of Accident. Notifying Factory Directorate regarding any accident in prescribed form under Factory rule.5. Inspect factory premises periodically to maintain the compliance.6. Assist in internal or external audits.Contract Labour Compliance-1. New contractor engagement. Introducing the contractors about the contract labour management system, deployment of workers, billing and maintaining statutory compliance.2. Collect documents from new contractor (Registrations/ Certificates/ Licences & other documents) as per the checklist for vendor registration. Subsequently share the documents to Corporate for vendor code creation.3. Preparing & Issuing MOU / Agreement to the engaged contractor with duly attested by higher management.4. Amend the registration of Certificate. Issue Form V to new contractors for obtaining labour licence.5. Maintenance of register of contractor under precribed form under CLRA Rule.6. Keeping registers of contractors monthly basis, auditing and giving necessary observations against Non / Partial- Compliance.7. Verify attendance, mandays for billing purpose.8. Process bills of contractors after verifying statutory remittance & proofs.(Like- PF, ESIC, PTax, LWF & Wage disbursement)9. Assist in Internal / external audits.10. Maintain Contractor Compliance MIS and present to higher management.Miscelleneous-1. Maintain Compliance MIS, return tracker, complaince checklist & returns under various act or rule.(Like Factory, CLRA, POW, MW, Employment Exchange)2. Periodically uploading documents in a cloudbase compliance website.3. Assist in Employee or workmen R&R program periodically.4. Apprentice under NAPS/ WBAPS.(Contract /Certificate issuance)
