ABOUT POORNA PRASAD

As a CRM Executive at Decathlon, the largest sports retailer in the world, I contributed to enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction, increasing sales and revenue, and optimizing marketing campaigns. With the help of Excel, I analyzed customer data, generated insights, and created reports and dashboards to support decision-making and strategy. I also collaborated with various teams and departments to implement CRM best practices and solutions, and to ensure a consistent and personalized customer experience across all channels. I am Pursuing my MBA in Business Analyst & Marketing from Jain CMS B-School, where I developed a strong foundation in business analytics, Effective Communication, and leadership. I also completed several courses and certifications in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Excel Data Visualization, Generative AI, Business Communication, and Microsoft Excel, to expand my knowledge and skills in emerging and relevant domains. I am passionate about technology, traveling, photography, learning foreign languages, and fitness, and I always seek new opportunities to challenge myself and grow professionally and personally. I aim to leverage my Business Analyst and Marketing expertise and analytical and creative abilities to create value and impact for my current and future employers and customers.
