I am driven by a mission to propagate authentic Yoga while amalgamating its philosophy with Western psychology. My aspirations extend to contributing to the de-colonization of both Western psychology and Yoga practices in the world. Furthermore, I aim to educate my community, specifically Asian Indians, on the importance of decolonization and the rich reservoir of wisdom inherent in Indian philosophies, cultures, and traditions. My goal is to encourage a sincere embrace of ancestral values and beliefs, fostering a genuine connection to our heritage.
