Served as the Academy\'s Training Analyst with the primary function of serving as the authoritative consultant in the area of quality assurance/evaluation and methodology for the NCOA.2. Additionally served as the primary point of contact for Fort Bragg to the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) and the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).3. Served as the Quality Assurance subject matter expert for the NCOA.4. Ensured the quality of training within the Academy is in accordance with the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards, applicable TRADOC standards and regulations, the approved Course Management Plans (CMP), Programs of Instruction (POI) and the appropriate course proponent guidance.5. Served as the liaison between the NCO Academy and the TRADOC Quality Assurance Office.
