ABOUT PONCHO GARCIGA
Fomer college athlete and dropout turned founder. Over the past 10+ years I’ve started companies, shut them down, faced failure head-on, and kept going. I’ve learned that building isn’t a straight line of “wins,” it’s mostly problem-solving, uncertainty, and persistence.Those experiences taught me how to navigate negotiations, manage teams under pressure, and make tough calls when things don’t work out. Today, I’m building again (currently in stealth). I don’t see entrepreneurship only as chasing success, for me, it’s also a personal journey. This new company is about fulfilling the dream of my younger self: building a career in the world of sports and it’s the project I want to dedicate the next chapter of my life to.
