At Heb Group, I support the marketing efforts across our Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Management, and Cleaning & Hygiene divisions. Working closely with the leadership team, I lead on day to day marketing activity and shape campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.Since joining, I’ve brought more structure to how we approach marketing, developing strategies across different channels, creating content that reflects our strengths, and ensuring our messaging aligns with wider business goals.Some of the things I lead on- Planning and delivering tailored marketing strategies for each division, helping bring clarity and consistency to our messaging- Creating case studies and thought leadership content around key projects to build credibility and strengthen our bids- Managing an internal newsletter, improving communication across teams and helping to highlight wins, safety updates, and key business news- Owning the content strategy and posting schedule for social media channels- Collaborating with divisional leads and senior stakeholders to align marketing with recruitment campaigns, bids, and business development goals- Producing monthly marketing performance reports using data from our CRM (HubSpot) to evaluate impact and identify areas to improve- Supporting the development of Heb Group\'s first formal marketing plan and budget, helping set priorities, track ROI, and take a more strategic approach to marketing activityI’m passionate about building a strong, consistent brand that reflects the great work we do across the group and always looking for ways to push things forward and bring new ideas to life.
