Training and Education: Conducting compliance training programs for employees on relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.2. Compliance Program Management- Policy and Procedure Development: Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures- Auditing and Monitoring: Performing regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of compliance activities, permits, licenses, training records, and audit reports.3. Communication and Reporting- Communication: Communicating compliance requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders, including employees, management, and clients- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on compliance activities, audit findings, and risk assessments for management review.4. Continuous Improvement- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes and enhance efficiency.5. Vendor (Subcontractor) Management- Establishing a thorough pre-qualification process for subcontractors, including verifying licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage (liability, workers\' compensation)- Background Checks: Conducting background checks on key personnel of the subcontractor, especially for sensitive projects or access to secure facilities- Be a point of contact for subcontractors to clarify any concerns/questions they may have about working with us.
