Responsible for defining, executing, and meeting strategic and business plans for Chevron’s Europe and Global Marine Lubricants businesses with full accountability for the profitability of these businesses. Scope of responsibility is global, with approximately 270 million liters and over $400MM in annual sales. Leading an organization of 75 employees comprised of a field sales force, sales managers, and sales operations personell along with several horizontal supporting functions such as Finance and Business Support, Supply Chain, Marketing Activation, and Products & Technology. Acting Lead Director representing Chevron’s interest on the Board of Directors for Arteco NV, a Belgian company.
