ABOUT PIYALI TOLA

I am an ambitious professional aspiring to advance my career in the dynamic field of Human Resources. Currently, I am pursuing my MSC in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SNU Techno India, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its HR practices. My journey in the HR field began when I completed a 6-month specialization training program in the Human Resource department at Radisson Blu Agra. This opportunity allowed me to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in various HR functions. I worked closely with experienced HR professionals and familiarized myself with recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR policy implementation. In addition to my specialized training, I hold a graduation degree from BSTM College, which is affiliated with MAKAUT University. Throughout my college years, I actively pursued opportunities to gain real-world exposure and applied my knowledge through industrial training programs. One such valuable experience was my industrial training at Radisson Blu Agra, where I worked across four major departments. This provided me with a holistic perspective of the hospitality industry and deepened my understanding of its HR requirements. My academic pursuits and practical experiences have shaped my passion for Human Resources. I firmly believe that the success of any organization lies in its people, and I am committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the overall growth of the company. As I progress in my MSC program, I am gaining insights into strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. I am also developing strong analytical skills and an ability to leverage data to make informed HR decisions. In addition to my academic and professional experiences, I possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels within an organization. I am an effective communicator, capable of articulating HR policies and initiatives in a clear and concise manner. To me, HR is not just a job but a passion. I am continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow within the field. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices is a priority for me, as I believe that HR professionals must constantly evolve to support the ever-changing needs of organizations and their employees. I am now actively seeking new challenges and opportunities to contribute my skills and knowledge as an HR professional.
