This includes creating the data maturity assessment, data strategy, vision, mission, and roadmap while ensuring all initiatives align with business goals and regulatory requirements.Key achievements include:• Developed and launched a comprehensive data governance framework with support from executive leadership• Recruited and supported the development of a new team including a Data Governance Analyst and a Data Privacy Officer• Led the execution of strategic initiatives, data retention practices, and governance policies in collaboration with key stakeholders• Designed data quality benchmarks, audit tools, and corrective procedures to identify and address inconsistencies and risks• Worked closely with Technology, Finance, and Operations to improve compliance, security, and governance practices• Provided training on data entry standards, quality protocols, and contributed to a company-wide culture of responsible data useThis role has allowed me to lead long-term data and compliance initiatives, improve business-wide accountability, and deliver practical strategies that protect data quality and support business performance.
