Plant manager with the powers and representation connected to safety on workplace, fire prevention, protection of the environment.R&D director (technical development, costs and timings). The R&D department included people from different countries and external consultants. The main goal is the development of automatic machines for metal treatments, laser cutting. More disciplines are involved in the projects: mechanics, electronics, servosystems, automatic control theory, electric motors, fluidics, motion algorithms, optics. The developments include mechanical drawings, electrical design, software development and simulations, prototyping, testing, reporting to headquarter in China. The R&D is composed by 8 people and many consultants, most of the work is planned and defined inside the R&D and developed in outsourcing.As Plant manager I have the responsibility of all the activity executed in the R&D and in the workshop where the machines are assembled and tested. I have the responsibility, the powers and the representation of the company connected to safety on workplace according to the D.L. 9th April 2008, n.
