As a Mechanical Engineer I started my professional activity focused on 3D FEM modelling, design & calculation of integrated complex structures made in composite material and titanium for high perfomance applications (F1 and Aerospace). Since 1986 I’ve been working for OEMs Italian and German multinational companies in several manufacturing fields, gaining increasing responsibilities in Strategic Planning and Marketing, Technology Transfer, Open Innovation, Product Development, Go To Market, Sales and Service international distribution networking, Operating Marketing, JV international processes. Since 2001 being Founder and Managing Director of Accentus, I’ve been working as Advisor for leading Italian and European manufacturers of machineries and production systems for high demanding industrial sectors : automotive, aerospace, energy, precision engineering, heavy mechanical. My managerial expertise in technological innovation applied to high added value B2B business, led me to be part of the shareholding of Alleantia and the management team of the company as Director of BU Industry 4.0. The company realizes its «Industry4.0 Plug & Play» software solutions for the interconnection of machinery, production plants, transport capital goods and any industrial automation device with the web, business systems and IT applications with ready-to-use interfaces, thus allowing each customer to realize its own smart \"Industrial Internet of Things\". Since 2017 I am part of the sharehoding of Linari Engineering, also acting as Business Development Advisor, an Italian SME with a relevant position in international market of scientific apparatus for electrospinning system for nanofibers production.
