Finace Department: responsible for a € 5bn Revolving Credit Facility and EIB loans (negotiation, amendments and administration). Relations with Rating Agencies (Moody\'s, S&P, Fitch): preparation of presentations and reports. Institutional Relations with National and International Organizations. Preparation of speech notes for Managing Directors. Banking and Finance: Structured Finance, Project Financing, Corporate Lending. Telecom: Finance: Responsible for intercompany loans and for the issuing of guarantees (Bid, Performance, Payment, etc. Bonds); Buyer in TIM: printing and billing mailing services; consulting services. Sales - Management of amounts due from Dealers: Reporting, Clustering analysis in relation to the position of dealers. Preparation of Info Memo and other financial transaction documents (eg. bid transaction documentation). Sales: Forecasting quarterly Commercial costs (Canvass applied to dealers) according to sales advancements (Excel modeling). Drafting of policies related to the management of sales of products to the partners of the Sales Network.
