Responsibility- Key contact for Transfer Pricing topics within responsible Business Units- Determine, document, and update business transaction models- Calculate, update, and release ICTPs (Intercompany transfer prices) as per BASF ICTP guidelines- Analyze P & Ls, monthly/quarterly P&L forecasts, High-Runners to produce effective countermeasures- Perform EBIT checks, implement countermeasures and monitor results- Coordinate with the stakeholders involved in sales, supply chain, marketing for stable operation, and controllers for EBIT drivers (COGs, CM1), provide solutions on the 1st escalation level- Ensure complete documentation as per tax requirements and assist in tax audits- Perform regular quality management on EBIT checks and ICTP calculations- Participate actively in the process optimization, ad-hoc, and digitalization projects.
