Actively engaging with business and functional leadership to facilitate and support development of digital initiatives and solutions that support business specific digital roadmaps to transform or disrupt current business models. • Partnering with businesses to identify customer pain points and process optimization opportunities using design thinking and customer journey mapping exercises leading to an improved seamless customer experience. • Developing digital commerce in NA region through creating “pop-up shops” and hosting multi-SBU “Cyber Week” style campaigns. These campaigns enable businesses to reduce excess prime and dysfunctional inventory and increase revenue by avoiding potential write offs that would negatively impact the P&L. • Co-developed and host a series of virtual Digital Network Events in North America where senior leaders, external thought partners, and customers shared experiences, accomplishments, and best practices to educate and inspire the BASF community to transform the customer experience through digitalization. • Launched and co-host the “DIGITAL Byte” podcast, an internally focused, global podcast designed to allow employees to take a micro learning approach to digital. • Led the “Automate This!” campaign to increase knowledge and excitement regarding Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The success of this campaign led to replication in other geographies and ultimately resulted in establishing the RPA Center of Excellence. • Participated in Digital STARLab with four representatives from BASF and teams from Nike, Shell, Amgen, Deutsche Bank, Google, and Magellan Health to determine and design how digitalization will impact organization and leadership models of the future – adapting and implementing relevant practices within BASF.(i.e, vertical leadership development, change management model for digital projects, digital transformation/change actions, etc.)
