ABOUT PIALI ADHIKARY

I design and deliver automation solutions that make work simpler, faster, and smarter. Over the past six years, I’ve guided RPA, IDP, and chatbot initiatives from design thinking workshops all the way through build, release, and hyper-care. Leveraging tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python, and SQL, I’ve helped healthcare and retail clients cut manual effort, improve data accuracy, and free up their teams for higher-value work. What I do best- Discovery & scoping - Run client workshops, map pain points, design as-is and to-be process maps, build the business case, and translate insights into user stories and T-shirt estimates in Jira/Confluence- Backlog & roadmap ownership - Reprioritise each sprint, track progress, and keep everyone focused on shared goals- Solution design, implementation & testing - Design and build robust automation workflows using industry-leading tools, test them thoroughly, and ensure smooth production releases- Post-production & Managed services - Provide ongoing hyper-care, maintenance, and support to keep solutions performing at their best- Leading small, focused squads - Guide cross-functional teams through Agile iterations or full SDLC phases, ensuring on-time, quality delivery- Impact tracking & iteration - Measure real-world outcomes and continuously improve to ensure each release creates lasting value. Currently pursuing an MBA at Lancaster University to deepen product strategy, market research, and leadership capabilities, leveraging recent experiences at Shell and a UK Non-Profit Organisation to turn user insights and data into iterative product improvements.
