ABOUT PIA MALIN JENSEN

As a former competitive athlete in athletics (middle-distance runner), I know what it means to always get the best out of yourself. My fascination with peak performance has motivated me to delve deeper into the world of sports nutrition and sports science. During my active time as an athlete, I tried out and optimized countless nutrition strategies to maximize my own performance. And made a lot of mistakes along the way. Through my studies and scientific work, I was able to gain in-depth knowledge and valuable insights, which I now pass on to other athletes so that they don\'t have to make the same mistakes. In 2020, I founded my own sports nutrition company, wheresthefood GmbH. Our mission is to enable the transfer of science into practice. Our cookbooks, e-books and info guides offer evidence-based knowledge for athletes so that they can implement their nutrition strategies effectively and in a way that is suitable for everyday use. I have already helped countless athletes from various sports - including running, athletics, cycling, triathlon, swimming and soccer - to achieve their best performances. In recent years, I have specialized in soccer in particular and have been able to support numerous athletes on their way to peak performance. As a Performance Nutritionist & Sports Scientist, I look forward to exchanging ideas on LinkedIn with like-minded people and other disciplines in order to keep learning and growing. Because standing still is really not my thing. Anyone who knows me knows that I prefer to run fast. ‍
