ABOUT PHUONG PHAN
Phuong is the manager of Entrepreneur Selection & Growth at Endeavor Vietnam, a part of Endeavor Global, the company leading the high-impact entrepreneurship movement around the world. In this role, she oversees the activities in selecting and supporting Endeavor Entrepreneurs in the EdTech, FinTech, and Commerce industries, and helping accelerate their impact by providing them access to Endeavor local and global network of mentors, talent and capital. Prior to that role, Phuong served as Business Development Manager at VinaCapital Fund Management Company where she assisted in fundraising and partnership development. Phuong also had 3-year experience in the private equity sector in Vietnam as a private equity professional at Vietnam Investments Group (“VI Group”), a private equity firm in Vietnam specializing in early-stage and extension capital with USD 300M AUM. During her tenure at VI Group, Phuong supported the pre-investment and post-investment activities in the Media and Retail portfolios. In her free time, she enjoys reading non-fiction books, practicing French, running, and cooking.
