I am a driven and passionate finance leader with 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling and financial systems. Multiple internal promotions with increasing responsibility proves my ability to add value as a trusted cross-functional liaison between senior management teams and the CFO/CEO in a highly matrixed global environment. I have supported business functions up and down the P&L as a Strategic Finance Business Partner to Commercial Sales, Medical Device Manufacturing Operations, Quality, R&D, HR and IT. Financial system implementations energize me knowing that if done right, they enable process and data improvements to make faster/better business decisions moving organizations forward. I have a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with successful Power BI, Workday Adaptive, BPC and SAP implementations including organizational adoption. As a hands-on Director, I can build a Power BI model and present results at an All-hands meeting on the same day. I pride myself in having a high \"say-do\" ratio and believe actions and tangible results speak louder than words. My teams are empowered to perform with clear expectations and goals.
