Provides infrastructure input to the development of incident objects. Participates in the incident action planning process. Ensures all relevant information is exchanged during briefings and debriefings. Maintains participation in PA planning efforts, such as PA Management Plan, Debris Plan, Transition Plan, and Demobilization Plan. Ensures that the continuous improvement process and development of efficient PA Program Management Plan that meets the established goals, timelines, milestones, and standards. Ensures that public information releases related to Infrastructure and PA are accurate. Ensures Disaster Projections Report input to the Finance/Administration Section Chief such as FCO and EMMIE accounts. Warrants that sufficient funding is available in the National Emergency Management Information System (NEMIS) and other appropriate systems. Obligates and de-obligates Federal Share of Public Assistance Reimbursement in the Emergency Management Mission Integrated Environment (EMMIE) system. Ensure that public information releases related to PA are accurate such as Congressional briefs. Obtains status reports on the PA program from assigned personnel on various areas such as: Debris, Energy, and Transportation Task Forces. Coordinates with Other Federal Agencies (i.e. USACE), plus State/tribal/territorial/local officials to ensure unity of effort.
