Responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, talent pipeline development, the selection process (interviewing, presenting a qualified short list of candidates, extending offers) and on-boarding successful candidates. Develop sourcing strategies and recruitment plans that will attract and deliver qualified and diverse talent. Collaborate with senior leadership in regulatory affairs across all therapeutic areas to understand business goals and how they translate into Talent Acquisition Priorities. Cross functional collaboration and partnerships with; Compensation, Legal, Total Rewards, Immigration, Mobility, HRBP, and internal/external sourcing teams. Leverage data to influence and recommend actions that will improve efficiency along with Hiring Manager/Candidate satisfaction.
