ARE YOU A WHEELCHAIR USER AND WANT MORE FUN AND ADVENTURE?SInce 2014, Adventure Mobility has been working to provide a better quality of life for my son, Tom, and consequently, others like him who use a wheelchair that struggles to cope with rough terrain and conditions like snow, sand and gravel. If that’s you or someone you know, then please read on and get in touch with us.We knew this problem could be overcome and wanted to provide wheelchair based equipment to support people with physical disabilities to allow them to enjoy as much freedom as possible and only be restricted by their imaginations. We have now achieved this and invite you to find out how you can benefit.Tom is a quadriplegic and suffers from Cerebral Palsy. He relies entirely on his wheelchair and, on more than one occasion, has been restricted in what he can do because of its physical limitations.We have designed and brought to market a brand called NOMAD and two models: Tundra, which is mainly for paraplegics or people who have some mobility to move into their own chair or the carriage. Desert designed mainly for quadriplegics enabling either the user’s electric or manual wheelchair to roll onto Desert and be secured.Both models can then be pushed on beaches, grassland or other rough terrain providing the pleasure for wheelchair users we set out to achieve.For more information, check out our website, or contact me on p•••@adventuremobility.co.uk or call 07•••••••05
