Quality Control ManagerImplement the QC program & maintain records.Perform various concrete tests as required at the plant & in the field.Use testing results to adjust Concrete mix or Chemical trims in batch.Troubleshoot any concrete problems.Record & report test Concrete results to Batch and plant manager.Be onsite to monitor Quality control testing performed by third-party Concrete testing firms on certain spec projects, to ensure QC testing is being performed correctly.Work with drivers to educate them on mixes, slumps, air content etc.Clean, maintain tools and testing equipment.Perform equipment calibrations as required.Ensure all proper materials are being used in the production of concrete at our plant.Provide immediate response to Rapid Concrete and Customer needs related to product usages and conformance.
