Since taking over the first people lead role in my late-twenties, I’m a passionate leader (but remained an IT enthusiast at heart). Currently I oversee the global IT Infrastructure for CLAAS, leading a high-performing team of 55+. My mission is to ensure that our technology stack is not only cutting-edge but also resilient, secure, and fiscally sound. What I bring to the table: Financial ResponsibilityCost optimisation is a priority to me. With financial acumen I manage complex OPEX/CAPEX budgets and navigate high-stakes, multi-million EUR vendor negotiations. Effective CommunicationOne of the biggest success factor of my career so far has been the ability to demystify technology for non-technical executives. I translate complex IT matters into actionable business recommendations that drive board-level decision-making.Ownership & EmpowermentI lead by taking total ownership.
