ABOUT PHILIP JANOUCH

As an business economist and master in digital business management, I have collected many experience in the field of creating digital business models and executing them into the markets.Throughout my career I have led several projects and teams in e-commerce, connected services, digital services as well as in the classic aftersales business of Daimler Buses to new heights.Under my leadership, we have- Created the product strategy for bus specific remote diagnostic services as well as webservices to deliver vehicle data in an interoperable way- Rolled out digital services for buses and coaches in the 18 leading markets in Europe. Especially focused on the change management and the service delivery- Introduced a completely new sales and market steering for digital business- Integrated the telematics hardware (IoT device) as a series installation into all vehicles of Daimler Buses- Set up of a new training format with the support of a virtual trainer, to train the sales representatives in order to the new business fields- Established a regulatory affairs group for vehicle dataAs a passionate and servant leader, I had the chance from the beginning of my career to serve people from around the world.
