As Senior Product Manager, I lead and provide E2E product lifecycle management of multiple products within the SaaS and Cloud product portfolio, focusing on SaaS, Cloud Managed Services, Cloud Professional Services, Multi-Cloud, Azure Public Resale and Co-Location services. Key Responsibilities: • Drive product strategy aligned with local business and commercial priorities (e.g. revenue growth and new customer acquisition). • Full ownership of the business commercials, P&L and revenue growth roadmap. • Capture local customer needs into clear product capabilities and features and optimise existing products. • Focus on ‘total product design’ to ensure all E2E requirements are captured, including quality, safety, regulatory and sustainability. • Create and maintain a local product roadmap, ensuring alignment with other Product Managers. • Work with Vodafone C-Suite to ensure visibility and alignment of local product roadmaps and secure funding for new product creation or enhancements (up to and including via Ireland ELT & VF Group leadership). • Oversee the agile product development phase to ensure necessary governance, funding and key deliverables are achieved on time and quality, working with respective Technology Product Lead. • Act as ‘chief publicist’ for my portfolio, ensuring all go-to-market and launch requirements are consistent, scalable and aligned through the relevant teams (incl. marketing, commercial, sales etc.). • Work with product partners and determine how they will support creating new products. • Own product pricing strategy and reference pricing, establishing suitable product differentiation, value-add and execution strategies to underpin the product’s success. • Manage all in-life and end-of-life requirements to optimise product performance, capability and commercials, initiating resolving actions where necessary. • Mentor a team of Product Managers.
