ABOUT PHILIP ISARD

A strong sense of social justice drives my belief that positive change results from working closely with key stakeholders matched with evidenced-based practices and strong leadership. Bring my experience as a project manager and researcher, I work with non-for-profit and charities to help services deliver evidenced-based practices and support better outcomes for their beneficiaries. I am a Researcher and Consultant specialising in strategic planning, impact measurement and training, strategic communication planning, and research and evaluation. As both a researcher and project manager, I have worked with a range of services - from national charities to community-based service providers. I am experienced at starting-up non-profit organisations and managing both staff and volunteers. Previously, I worked as a policy analyst at the University of Waterloo. Completed a Masters degree in History from the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Ontario), with a focus on public policy and economic development.
