Over the past 20 years I have been involved in managing the delivery of projects and transformational programmes in a wide variety of organizations, local and global. I love to see results delivering true lasting business benefit and building high capacity teams in the process. On any project there will be bumps in the road and I believe it is important that you get on well with those around you and that there be a chemistry in the team, you have to be able to enjoy the journey even in the midst of the cauldron so developing strong healthy working relationships is key. As a student of leadership and having worked with leaders of varying styles, personalities and dare I say agendas, I appreciate the value of learning from each experience and challenge that presents itself and using this to guide and develop the teams and people around me. I am now wanting to positively influence and deliver strategic change having a lasting impact on the organisations I work within and the people it serves.
