I was a Process Chemist at GSK based in Montrose, Scotland working on the production of the legacy respiratory product, Salbutamol (API in Ventolin inhalers).Postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University researching the innate immune system for purpose of creating new oncology treatments.Submitted and successfully defended my PhD thesis in the presence of world renowned expert on nitric oxide chemistry, Professor Anthony Butler. My PhD thesis was in the area of synthetic organic and medicinal Chemistry at Keele University (UK) studying the moderation of nitric oxide (NO) levels for the treatment of angina and Alzheimer\'s. My research interests are in the field of synthetic chemistry aimed towards that of drug discovery and development.
