Management of Cubic EMEA\'s ITS programmes team delivering long term ITS contracts for a number of major customers across the UK and beyond, including Transport Scotland, National Highways/Highways England, and South Wales Trunk Road Agent, with accountability for the performance and delivery of multiple contracts. As well as managing a team of Project Managers, my role includes financial and commercial oversight, control and governance, customer and stakeholder management and engagement, and also requires significant involvement in tenders for new ITS contracts.
