Peter has over 30 years’ experience in real estate properties and hotels business development, investment analysis, business modelling, budgeting and costing, project and general management. He worked for Grade A property developers and famous hotel and casino management companies in China, Hong Kong and Macau and well regarded by industry peers and leaders. With both British and Portugese (EU) citizens status as well as Hong Kong and Macau Permanent Resident status, Peter can work naturally in UK, European Union, Hong Kong, Macau and China. Peter graduated from the University of Hawaii in the U.S.A. where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Peter also holds a Master Certificate in Architecture from Cornell University, U.S.A. He has received the MCIOB title from the Chartered Institute of Building and MRICS title from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Peter is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager and Affiliate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
