With 30 years of experience and a hard-earned reputation for driving meaningful change and 10X results, delivering compelling digital experiences and developing extraordinary teams, I have developed specific expertise in change management, digital transformation, global leadership and talent development- Organizational Change & Transition Management: I orchestrate thoughtful, people-first approaches to large-scale change by guiding the transition of letting go of old behaviors to enable innovative new ways of working. For example, I led Nike\'s Sales 2.0 initiative to dramatically transform a traditional sales process to a new wholesale go-to-market experience with digital samples, digital showrooms, digital assortments and a seamless add-to-cart, proceed-to-checkout process for \'Digital-First\' accounts worldwide- Digital Transformation and Omni-Channel Retail: I adhere to people, process and technology.in that order. I foster deep business and technology team partnerships that bridge the divide between consumer experience, digital solutions and business results. Deploying this collaborative approach, I led Nike\'s Global Digital Go to Market team to build Nike\'s B2B E-Commerce platform, Nike.net, generating >$12B in revenues in 85 countries and 26 languages on one global platform- Global Business Leadership: With direct international experience and multiple global roles at Nike, I take a GLOCAL approach by driving global vision and local execution across diverse marketplaces for consistent consumer experiences, dramatic growth and enterprise productivity. With this holistic approach, I led the global rollout and transition to a single Enterprise Resource Planning platform for Nike\'s Supply Chain worldwide- Team & Talent Development: I champion \'multiplier\' leadership, bringing out more in people than they thought possible by setting high expectations, inspiring and celebrating wins, instilling a growth mindset and providing straight talk and constructive coaching to develop team and talent with guts, grit and grace. My leadership efforts to instill mindfulness practices, encourage \"Make Sport a Daily Habit\" activities and develop the Nike Digital High Five program just scratch the surface of my commitment to people as our most important asset.
