I run senior level finance, operational management and board level recruitment into commercial & mixed use development, property fund & investment management, private equity, affordable housing, the living sector and real estate finance sectors. I personally handle several of the major clients relationships that psd has across the wider Property & Construction sector.I stepped down from running psd teams in January 2025. For over 30 years I ran many parts of the business. I was responsible for setting up businesses in Property & Construction, Finance Contracting, Compliance & Risk and Procurement & Supply Chain. I helped launch other businesses in Marketing & Sales and Customer Contact. 21st century highlights include sitting on the Main Plc Board 20••••05, being responsible for Asia-Pacific 20••••05, setting up PSD\'s sector approach from 2001 onwards, trebling the size of psd\'s Banking & Financial Services business between 20••••07 as well as managing the Group\'s activities in Paris 2008-10. I was responsible for psd\'s Manchester office from 1989 until end 2022.My focus, as from the beginning of 2025 is now focused on tactical business development and high level fee recruitment in the Property & Construction sector.
