My experience has been gained working in a range of geospatial technology organisations including international consultancies, software value added reseller (leading MapInfo partner), software vendor (Esri), international SaaS data & platform provider (HERE Technologies) and in the commercialisation of satellite earth observation (EO) technology innovation (Satellite Applications Catapult). In addition, I am experienced in the management of commercial pricing / deal desks, contact negotiations, international channel / partner management, external engagement & public speaking at conferences (media trained including radio and TV). By adopting a motivational leadership style, I blend visionary \'big picture’ thinking with a focus on detail, to create, develop and empower high-performing teams. With both commercial and technical experience, combined with a background in international sport as an Olympian (Member of GB Olympic rowing team) and rowing coach, I focus on translating these unique experiences into business, helping to develop and inspire other team members to achieve their goals.
