I am a highly experienced facilitator, design researcher, learning experience designer, and professional learning leader, and I\'m happiest when I see my clients and colleagues achieve things they didn\'t know were possible. I am based in Northern Ireland, have my roots in California, and work internationally. I help leaders and teams in the education, non-profit, civic, and corporate space to reflect, strategise, and take action to support inclusive innovation, culture transformation, and understanding of their impact.
