I am passionate to help people be their best in interviews. While a manager at Hewlett Packard I was hiring manager for over 100 candidates and on the hiring team for over 300 candidates. Friends and family began to come to me informally for advice and help to practice and improve their interview skills. I discovered I had a gift and passion for this type of coaching, as many of my clients landed the job. When I have a new client, I study their resume and the job description for the job they want. Then I help them pull together real life examples from their background that show they are a great match for the job. We practice telling those examples in a compelling way that reinforces their competency and fit. Over the last few years, I\'ve worked with over 300 clients, earning great feedback by generating solid results. It lights me up when I help a client land their dream job.
