Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of the Cushman & Wakefield Cork Office. Peter has been a director of the company since and has extensive experience across all sectors of the commercial property market over that period. He has specialist knowledge in the agency sector having been responsible for many of the larger office and investment deals in Cork over the last number of years. Peter has acted on behalf of Many of the leading FDI Companies in the Cork region in recent years providing strategic advice on the disposal and acquisition of important assets for companies such as Apple, Amgen, Pfizer, GSK, Tyco, PepsiCo and Assurant. He has also worked closely with Financial Institutions, Accountants and other property related professionals in providing strategic advice in relation to asset recovery and disposal processes for banks such as AIB Bank, Bank of Ireland, Lloyds and RBS while also working with all the principal Receivers and many of the new Investment Funds looking to invest in Ireland.
