Responsible for maintaining database, dashboards reports /Productivity Report etc. • Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements and closing gaps if any. • Ensuring Timely and quality delivery. • Performance analysis for the team and ensuring that the team members are not disgruntled over genuine reasons. • Interviewing potential employees and ensuring to bring the best staff. • Identifying new areas of growth and get new accounts and customers. • Lead business development activities, primarily supporting specific recruiting, Operations, discussions with potential clients. • Getting requirements from existing and new clients, working with direct and large Preferred Vendors companies to fulfill their onsite consulting needs. • Relationship management with clients to optimize satisfaction and generate additional business.
