I am accountable for the refinement and prioritisation of development tickets for the integration with core applications e,g CRM & ERP and payment provider.November 2022 – November 2023 Service Design Manager / Product Owner Project descriptions: Backordering, Made to order, International dropship Inventory managementDuring my time with this client I was tasked with managing the service design and product ownership for backordering and international dropship initiatives.My responsibilities encompassed mapping customer user journeys for both ecommerce and physical store environments, and designing end-to-end journeys of services and interactions for specific products. I conducted discovery sessions, crafted service design blueprints, and meticulously managed product backlogs, including the creation and refinement of epics and user stories. Collaborating closely with UX designers and key stakeholders, I defined problems and their required outcomes, helping the team set clear goals for delivery. Through these efforts, I contributed significantly to shaping and developing the product vision, ensuring that the product functionalities were customer-centric and strategically aligned with the business objectives.
