Shell Upstream Americas (UA)(April 2013 - Present): Engineering and Management Consulting with UA – Safety Environment, Social Performance (SESP)(October 2013 – present)(SESP includes: Safety, Environment, Regulatory, Regulatory Policy and Advocacy, Deep Water Emergency Response and Regulatory, Venture Support Integration, Community and Indigenous Relations, Social Performance): Advising and supporting the Vice President, Health, Safety Environment VPs and General Managers for Upstream Americas (UA) in the development and implementation of Cost Management and Performance Management System to reduce costs, improve the quality of service delivery to the UA Lines of Business. Key elements of cost leadership include: strategizing and facilitating the development of cost reduction strategies for the UA HSE Leadership team; facilitating and managing key projects to achieve cost reductions; combining finance and performance measures to advise on key improvement areas, and driving cost reduction projects.Key elements of the performance management system includes: the refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs), system implementation, technical and financial performance reporting, look backs and reviews. In addition, I am providing Lean support to the SESP team.
